Ezra Stich says if the local U15 Boys play hungry, they'll do OK

Ezra says he has been playing soccer all of his life.

“I always hoped [we would make the provincials], but I never thought we would.”

He has played soccer with the same group of guys, for the most part since they were all really young.

As far as going to the provincials, Ezra says: “It would be nice to win, but it’s going to take a lot of work. The other teams really want it, so it depends on how much we really want to win.”

He knows it’s going to be a tough go because the other teams play a much longer season and some play indoors throughout the winter.

Ezra says he would like to see 100 Mile residents come down to the soccer fields and support the local teams.

“I just hope it’s fun and everybody plays well.”
