A new club is starting up in 100 Mile House and area, as Randy Brodoway is in the process of getting the 100 Mile Cow Pony Club established.

"We have about 20 members already," says Brodoway. "Anyone who is interested and wants practice in cutting and sorting is welcome to attend."

Some riders want to do more than ride around in circles, he adds, and the planned weekly get-togethers will be fun as well as challenging.

Brodoway will be at the Horse Bazaar on March 26-27 at the 105 Riding Arena at 5405 Tatton Rd.

On Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., there will be new and used tack booths, and horse-sale preview.

On Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., there will be demonstrations, booths with new and used tack for sale, reining and driving demonstrations, a stallion showcase, and a silent auction.

Everyone is welcome to attend, and admission is by donation at the door.
