Kirsty Bock climbed the podium for a bronze medal at cross-country skiing's 2012 BC Cup #2, at Otway Nordic Ski Centre in Prince George, Feb. 4-5.
The 100 Mile Nordics Club member placed third in the Jr. Girls 0.8-kilometre Classic Sprint, just barely behind Jill Reynolds from Rossland.
Earlier, Bock had placed second in the sprint time trials.
The 18-year-old also finished fifth in the 7.5-km Free Skate interval start event.
