BC Hockey held its U18 Female high-performance North Zone camp April 9-10 in Prince George, with 28 skaters from 100 Mile House to Whitehorse, trying to play at the Female U18 BC Cup.
Among the top 20 chosen to play at the tournament was Ashley Bartsch from Lac la Hache. She will be placed on one of six teams that will vie for the BC Cup in a jamboree-format tournament from April 30 to May 1 in Salmon Arm.
The top 46 players from that event will have the opportunity to attend the Female U18 Provincial Camp in May.
