On Sept. 13, the new 100 Mile House House RCMP Detachment became operational and is now open for business.
The new detachment is located at 841 Alder Ave.
RCMP members, office staff and a moving company spent the better part of late last week and the weekend moving everything over and organizing the office to ensure it was ready to open for Monday morning.
The previous location at 726 Alpine Ave. is no longer open, although for the time being, will it will remain in control of the 100 Mile House RCMP.
