The family of Wayne Walker is saddened to announce his sudden passing, January 29, 2021. Wayne was a "one of a kind" special guy with a gruff exterior and a "teddy bear heart".
He enjoyed many adventurous careers form Millworker in his teens to Police Officer to Logger to Real Estate Mogul and loved the challenge of all of them.
Born in Vancouver, his dream to move to the Cariboo came true in 1981.
He loved that lifestyle and was fortunate enough to spend his last 40 years in 100 Mile House doing the things he loved. He is survived by his wife Maria, his sons Brody, Matt, Colby and daughter Kim (in Arizona) and many special grandchildren big and small.
He will be deeply missed by all.
A private family gathering will be held this summer. No service by request.
