Together Again ~
Shirley Anne Heizmann (nee Raspberry) was born into a railroad family in Lillooet BC, the 4th child of Walter and Ruth Raspberry (nee Crawford). Her early years were spent throughout BC from the Thompson region, up to Peace River (Chetwynd) and Cariboo (Williams Lake).
Upon graduating college in Prince George BC, Shirley pursued a business career with BMO, spanning over two decades. Her dedication prompted success and promotion to management within the mortgage & loans department.
Jörg Heizmann (March 6, 1935 - December 24, 2020) from Canim Lake, BC entered Shirley's office one day requesting a loan and a date. Jörg eventually won over Shirley's heart and she retired from banking to settle into country living. Shirley and Jörg were married on August 26, 2013 and had over 25 years together exploring the best of life, making memories and travelling.
Shirley & Jörg were loved and will be missed by many, including "the boys" Anthony (Kim) and Gregory. Shirley is survived by her mother Lily, brothers Lloyd & Bert, her sisters Yvonne & Jaydeen. Aunty and Uncle to many (great) nieces & nephews.
Best role of course was "Oma & Opa" for two grandsons Kalvin & Tyler Jörg.
Friends and family will be welcomed to a Celebration of Life at a later date at their home.
