Preceded by her husband David Osborne Lackey. Sandra left behind her daughter Sharon key-Hill and 6 children, son Dave Lackey wife Peggy Lackey and their 2 children, and 3 grandchildren, son Don Lackey and his 3 children, and daughter Diana Lackey-Smith her 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
