July 16, 1946 - September 15, 2022
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Marilyn Ann Fraser (McInnes) on September 15, 2022. Marilyn was an amazing woman, full of fun, laughter and just a dash of cheekiness.
Marilyn is survived by her brother Robert, nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends.
Preceded by her husband, Glen, her sisters Carol & Patricia as well as her parents Dorothy & Duncan.
Marilyn was born on July 16, 1946 in Vancouver. Marilyn spent most of her working career as a Phlebotomist at St Paul's Hospital, working her way up to Chief Laboratory Technician Manager. It was while working at St Paul's Hospital, Marilyn met the love of her life, Glen, and the two were married on November 16, 1985.
They lived in Vancouver for 19 years until they both retired and moved to their dream home on Horse Lake where they enjoyed Cariboo life to the fullest.
Glen and Marilyn enjoyed travelling and in particular, cruising with Holland American to many wonderful destinations.
Marilyn has graciously declined a service and asks those close to her cherish her memory.
Her twinkling eyes and beautiful smile will be forever in our hearts.
