It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Kenneth Harrison Long. Ken passed away on September 9, 2016 at the age of 74 years in ICU Royal Inland Hospital, from an illness he could
not battle.
Ken came to Canada from South Africa in 1993 and was with the 108 Heritage Site since 2002. Because of him, the Heritage Site always looked its best as Ken took so very much pride in his work.
He will be sadly missed by his family in South Africa, his daughter Diane, and his two sons Danny and Micheal, as well as his 6 beautiful grandchildren, and his friends and family at the 108 Heritage Site.
He always had a kind word to say about people and would always help anyone who needed it. He took care of us, his Heritage Site family, very well – always smiling and happy.
His beautiful smile and bright blue eyes will be so greatly missed.
