With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Gordon Walter Davis of 100 Mile House BC.
Gordon was born in Alberta and relocated to BC where he completed his Chartered Accountant Degree at UBC. He moved to 100 Mile House in 1981, where he established his own accounting firm and served many area residents until his retirement in 2008.
Gord will be greatly missed by his wife, May; his daughters Sara (Ryan), Shannon (Nigel), Trisha; and stepsons Rob (Jill) and Mike (Therese), his brother Ron and sisters Iris and Peggy. Gord especially loved spending time with his grandchildren Aidan, Evan, Arie, Ashley, Connor, Hayden, Benjamin, Dylan, Carter, Quinten and honorary grandson, Rowan.
Gord will be remembered for many things: his love to travel, his passion for photography, his sense of humor, his rules on making the perfect sandwich and his love for his family.
A family celebration of his life will take place at a later date. Donations can be made to Parkinson Society British Columbia.
