Albert passed away January 23, 2017 after a seven year battle with dementia. He is survived by his loving wife of sixty-six years,
Helen; his son, Allen; his sister, Vivian; one niece, Gayle Sneden; one nephew, David Hayes; and eight great nieces and nephews; as well as many friends and neighbours.
Albert was happiest hunting and fishing with friends and working in his shop fixing cars and manufacturing things: a river boat, an all-terrain vehicle, a saw mill, just to name a few. He could fix or rebuild to suit the need of almost anything mechanical and was very generous with his talent and time.
Interment will be at 10:00 A.M. April 21, 2017 at the 100 Mile House Cemetery. Funeral to follow at the Evangelical Free Church at 1:00 P.M. Pastor Andrew Giesbrecht officiating.
