Taseko Mines Ltd. is “discouraged” the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency's Federal Review Panel has rejected its Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed New Prosperity Mine.
It disagrees with the panel's demand for additional cumulative effects assessments, due to a “major deficiency” in the EIS.
