The South Cariboo Visitor Centre will get a little greener on Friday (Sept. 27), as members of the 100 Mile House ESL Café Group are planting a “Welcoming Tree” at 10:30 a.m.
Community members are invited to join the celebration.
As part of the Cariboo-Chilcotin Partners for Literacy Society's Welcoming Communities Project, the ESL Café looks to connect newcomers and immigrants to the local community.
