The 100 Mile House Flying Club is holding its sixth annual Fun Flight Day.

Club president Ursula Hart said the event, open to youth in Grades 7-12, will be staggered over five separate days this year - slated for Oct. 1, 3, 5, 8 and 10, weather dependent - to reduce physical interactions. Three students will be allowed in each plane and all COVID safety protocols will be in place.

The event includes a 20-minute free flight in the single-engine Cessna 172 out of the 100 Mile Airport. Students interested in participating are asked to pre-register at www.100milehouse flyingclub.com.
