After a short, courageous battle with lung cancer, Donna Muirhead of Kamloops, BC passed away on May 16, 2006 at 73 years of age. She is survived by her beloved husband, Don, and loving children Carol (Norm) Barton of Kamloops, Darlene Teigen of Oliver, BC, Nancy (Brian) Lindsay of Marysville, WA and Robin (Rob) Beaton of Abbotsford, BC. She also leaves with treasured memories 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren, 2 brothers and numerous relatives and friends. She was surrounded by her family as she was taken into the arms of our Lord. Viewing took place from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 19, 2006 in the Rosewood Room at Kamloops Funeral Home, 285 Fortune Drive. The Funeral Service was held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2006 at the Plura Hills United Church, 2090 Pacific Way with Reverend Carolyn Ronald officiating.
