Men's golf returns to Marmot after rainy nights

Golfers welcome back the sun with some great scores

The men's golf night group was happy to return to Marmot Ridge on July 21 after several events were cancelled due to the heavy rain and lightning during the past few weeks.

This event had 25 golfers test their skills in some beautiful summer sun with 11 golfers in handicap and 14 in Callaway.

Todd Poirier's short game was definitely on point as he won both the closest to the pin and the longest putt award in the handicap division.

The Callaway division was a good mix with a wide spread of winners. The only double winner was Jim White who won the second lowest gross and the second closest to the pin awards.

The men look forward to returning tonight (July 28).
