Marmot Ridge Ladies' Golf Club had a good turnout on May 29, with 58 golfers.

Low score winner was Linda Hames with 39, and high score went to Patti Randle.

Nancy Wilson and Gisela Neuber shared the birdie pot and Becky Pincott landed the short drive on hole No. 2.

Long-drive prizes went to Alix Patterson and Darlene Wieduwilt, and long putts were dropped by Cecile Pratt and Odette Guimond.

Closest-to-the-pin winners were Dee Orango, Deb Runge, Susan Kruse and Deb Turner.

The club is trying a new format this year and members golf each Wednesday, but only gather for dinner and prizes at the end of each month. May 29 was the first dinner and prize night and it was considered a success, with nearly all of the club members turning out.
