The sun was shining as 30 women from the area took to the links for Ladies Day at the 108 Golf Resort on Aug. 6.
Three flights took off for the nine-hole round.
Low-gross winner for the first flight was Heather Matsuda, with second and third place going to Annie McKave and Clara Koehn respectively. Matsuda scored an eagle during her round.
Judy Scarrow took low-net honours in the first flight, with Maureen Menzies capturing second place and Joanne Garrow taking third place.
The second flight saw Lori Henderson finish first in low gross, with Leslie Bell second and Billie Scott third. Low-net winner in the second flight was Pam Dutchak. Sharon Claassen finished second and Eileen King took third.
Sharlene Andersen was the third flight's low-gross leader, while Pauline Weigelt and Kelley Bucknell took second and third respectively. The third-flight's low-net winner was Kathy Reid. Angela Batahla was second and third place went to Lorraine Scott.
The birdie pot went to Carol Ohlund.
The ladies also kept track of their putts.
The first flight saw a three-way tie for lowest number of putts with Menzies, Matsuda and Scarrow all counting 16.
The second flight belonged to Scott with 16 putts, while the third flight went to Reid with 17 putts.
