On July 7 or 8, a natural gas venting will occur three kilometres northwest of Lac la Hache.
The venting will last about one hour.
Venting is a standard procedure necessary to conduct routine pipeline maintenance.
You may hear a loud noise as a result of this work or smell a petroleum-like odour. However,
there is no health or safety risk to the public.
Activities like these help maintain a reliable pipeline system.
