My name is Ben Johnson and I am visually impaired.

Lately, I am finding that people are not stopping when I am in a crosswalk aided by my white cane.

So members of the driving public, please stop for people in my situation.

Had I my sight, I would certainly allow you, the pedestrian, to cross the street safely.
