July 3, 1942 - February 21, 2019
Beloved friend William Joseph Reiger, passed away peacefully in 100 Mile House on February 21, 2019.
Bill was born in Ontario on July 3, 1942. He is survived by eight siblings, two sons and his Cariboo family: Viv, Lisa, Jake, Josh and Pickles. Bill walked softly on Mother Earth.
He loved plants, animals & people. He was a "Master" of all trades, with "the right tool" for every job and a rare willingness to help friends and neighbors.
Most recently "Santa Bill" helped bring Christmas to Canim Lake (an annual gig). He was an avid fisherman who camped and explored the Cariboo plateau and the Thompson Valley, joyfully.
A spring "Celebration of Life" will be held @ Valentine Lake, Saturday April 27, 2019.
