It is with unbearable sadness that we announce the sudden passing of William Jack Lefferson on July 01, 2015. He died in the Prince George Hospital surrounded by his family. He was returning from his annual salmon fishing trip to Terrace, with his brother Alan, when he went into respiratory distress and later had a massive stroke. Though his loss is devastating to us, he died after doing something he dearly loved and is once again with his loving wife - whom he has missed since her death 6 years ago.
Everyone thinks that the fireworks on the first were for Canada Day but really it was just Mom giving Dad hell.
He is survived by his brother Alan, sister Dorothy, sister-in-law Alma, his 3 children Pat (Allen), Brian (Carolyn) and Duane, and grandchildren Kyle, Brody, Sebastian, Baden, Kiara, and Alex, and many nieces and nephews.
There will be a very informal gathering held in remembrance of Dad on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at his home from 3:00 - 5:00pm.
