Bill Hoogervorst passed away peacefully on December 24, 2010 at Central Okanagan Hospice House, Kelowna, B.C. at the age of 81 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Ann;
children Linda (Bob) Van-der Maaten, Kevin (Karen Krysko) Hoogervorst, step-children Linda and Brenda Kimman; six step-grandchildren; brother Gord Hogan and sister Trudy Buis.
Bill was a member of the Klaverjas Card Club, and will be missed by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held from the chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 1211 Sutherland Avenue, Kelowna, B.C., at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 30, 2010.
Memorial donations in Bill’s name to support the Palliative Response Team, Central Okanagan Hospice House, 2035 Ethel Street, Kelowna, B.C., V1Y 2Z6 would be appreciated.
