Vanita Rose Vink, 84 years old, died peacefully on 31 January, 2019, in 100 Mile House. Vee is survived by her 3 children Teresa, Dara (Lynn) and Cori, 5 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Dirk Walford Vink in 2005.
Vee was born on 30 May, 1934, in Vancouver to parents Arvid & Gertrude Engen, the first of 13 children. She attended high school in Surrey, BC. Dick & Vee started Westminster Rubber Stamp in 1969, retired to Pressy Lake in 1982, moved to Green Lake in 1997. Vee moved to 100 Mile House in 2005.
Celebration of Life for Vanita (Vee) Vink Sat, April 20, 2019 at 1 pm. Seniors Gardens Club House, 204 - 8th Street, 100 Mile House, BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to 100 Mile District Hospital.
