In Loving Memory ~
Trevor Samuel Patrick Moore passed away unexpectedly on January 12th, 2023, at the age of 23 years.
He will be remembered for his amazing smile and kind heart. He had a huge love for all animals and found happiness in caring for them.
He had many important friendships throughout his life from being involved in baseball, hockey, snowmobiling, fishing, and hunting. He loved anything that involved being out in the wilderness.
Trevor was predeceased by his father Kyle Moore and grandfather John Cleave.
Trevor is survived by his mother Krissy (Duane) Moore and his older brother Brandan Moore, grandparents Marlene Cleave, Yvonne (Vern) Moore, and Ronnie (Robbie) Moore.
He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends that played a very special part in his life.
