In loving memory of Paul Hildebrandt, born June 20, 1929 in Haarby, Denmark. Paul passed away suddenly on June 2, 2003. Formerly of the 108 Mile Ranch, Paul retired in Richmond. He will be sadly misssed by his wife of 47 years, Lilly, his son Peter, granddaughters Alicia and Cassandra, their mother Dawn, his son Frank and wife Tammy, grandchildren Miranda and Curtis, and his daughter Tina. He was predeceased by his two brothers in Denmark. Paul arrived in Vancouver in 1951. Unable to find work, he travelled north and came to Dawson City in 1955, where he immediately found employment with Yukon Consolidated Gold Corporation. The spell of the Yukon was cast upon him and after retiring he visited Dawson City every summer for 12 years. He had many friends there. Now his spirit has been set free to look down upon the country he came to love so much. No service at family’s request. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
