The family of Noreen Farmer sadly announces her passing after a brief but courageous battle with cancer.
Noreen is survived by her husband of 37 years; Rick Farmer, her daughter Lindsay of Montreal, her step-daughter Tanus Farmer- Smith of Red Deer, her sister Joan Tipper of Calgary and many nieces and nephews.
Noreen worked as an executive secretary for West Fraser for 28 years, as well as a relief secretary for the School District. Noreen loved traveling, gardening, and her time volunteering for the BCSPCA.
There will be no service by request, and in lieu of flowers donations in Noreen's name can be made to the BCSPCA.
