Mike is predeceased by his grandparents Walter and Grace Alexander and his nephew Kyle Welton.

He is survived by his three children Jeremy, Jonathan, and Jade Alexander (Corey Tait); his grandson Logan. Parents Robert and Jean Alexander; sister Coleen Welton (Conrad), brother Stephen Alexander (Gina), sister Sharon Johnson (Raymond).

He also leaves behind his great niece Lisa, countless nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.EMike was born and raised in 100 Mile House. He was a devoted father and proud grandfather.

He loved his children and grandson immensely. He was a long time employee (24 years) of West Fraser Mill (formerly Weldwood) in 100 Mile. He loved the outdoors and his dog Zoey.

Mike enjoyed a variety of sports but his passion was baseball. His favourite team was the Toronto Blue Jays. "Go Jays Go!!"E Mike had a great sense of humour and loved to tell jokes. He was a kind man with a big heart and will be missed greatly by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, February 16th, 2018 at 5:00 pm at the Peter Skene Ogden gym.;EThe family asks that as a way to celebrate Mike's memory please feel free to wear your favourite baseball jersey.
