Maureen was born in Durban, South Africa in 1923. She married her husband, Peter, in 1957 and lived in England until 1986 when they immigrated to Canada. Peter predeceased Maureen in May of 2014.
Maureen’s hobbies included cooking, sewing and gardening; and she and Peter spent many holidays hiking the Scottish Highlands.
Maureen is survived by her son, Ian (Susan); her grandchildren, Rachel (Dane), Tracy (Tyson) and Stuart (Audra); and her great-grandchildren, Ashlyn and Mason.
She will be missed and forever remembered by family and friends. No service by request.
