October 17, 1929 - January 12, 2022
Margaret passed away peacefully at home on January 12, 2022 and has gone to join our Dad (George) Hudson who was impatiently waiting! There will be another loon on the lake.
Arden was born at the Misericordia Hospital in Edmonton to Lyla (Graham) Myers and John P Myers on October 17, 1929. She was raised in beautiful British Columbia and attended school in Victoria at St. Ann's Academy. She pursued a career in Nursing at the Vancouver General Hospital School of Nursing.
Arden was known to many in the sunny Cariboo having spent many summers at the Cabin there. A long-standing member of the Vancouver Golf Club and in her retirement enjoyed many a Bridge game with the 'Ladies' until November 2021.
She is survived by three daughters, Catherine (Peter), Corinne (Carl) and Carrie (Rod), two extraordinary grandchildren Emily and Taryn and brother John (Arlyn) and family in the U.S.A.
A wonderful Mother, Wife, loving Grandmother and cherished friend to many. A real classy lady. Arden was a gracious, dignified woman who strived to bring equilibrium in all areas of life trying to keep everyone happy! A real people-pleaser. You have created memories for us all that will last our lifetime. We will miss you deeply.
UNFORGETTABLE..... that's what you are!
A huge thank you to Fraser Health for your support in helping us to keep Mom comfortable. A huge bouquet of gratitude to dear Kim & Pat from Helping Hands and Heart for your wonderful care and attention.
A small private celebration of Arden's life will be held later in 2022 at 'The Lake'.
