Lyle McLean passed away peacefully on February 26, 2010 at 100 Mile House Hospital at the age of 77 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Lyle is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Laverne and his four daughters: Laura (Randy), Kathy (Kevin), Karen (Joe) and Heather; grandchildren: Nicole (Oliver), Natasha, Jenna (Colby), Kristin, Brodi-Jo and Brandon; great-grandchildren: Harmony, Lynden and Keira; sister Lorraine Aitken and brother Doug McLean and many nieces and nephews. Lyle was predeceased by his parents Lillian and Wallace, brothers Allan and Clifford, and his sister Maureen.
The entire family would like to express their gratitude to the caring and compassionate staff of 100 Mile Hospital during Lyle’s (Dad’s) illness.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 6, 2010, at 2:00 pm at Creekside Seniors Activity Centre.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Lyle’s memory may be made to the 100 Mile Hospital.
