1927 - 2009
Passed away June 29, 2009 at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, B.C. She is survived by her soulmate and loving husband of 60 years, Bill; three children: Billy, Linda and Larry; three granddaughters: Monica, Crystal and Amber; and nine great-grandchildren. Born and raised in Taber, Alberta, from a family of eight children. She was predeceased by two sisters.
Louise married Bill in 1948., then moved to Kelowna, B.C., where they farmed. In 1954 they moved to Forest Grove and upon retirement in 1990, 100 Mile House became home where they resided until the present. Louise was an active member in many community organizations including the Women’s Institute. She was happiest surrounded by family and friends. Her loving and giving nature will be sadly missed by all who knew her. No service upon request.
