2002 - 2009
Logan was born on June 13, 2002 in Abbotsford, BC to his loving parents Amanda and Lee. The family of three relocated to 100 Mile House in late 2003 where Logan’s childhood memories began. Logan had a fierce love for dinosaurs and aspired one day to be a paleontologist. He was the best buddy and outstanding big brother to Dawson. Logan fought a courageous battle against cancer continuously surrounded by his family.
On September 9, 2009 Logan’s fight ended. His entire family looks to him for strength as he showed them all how strong anyone can be.
Logan leaves behind a large family who will love him forever, his parents, brother, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The Simpkins family extends their sincere gratitude for the generosity and compassion shown by friends, family and community members through this unbearable time in their lives.
A Celebration of Logan’s life will take place on Friday September 18, 2009, 2:00pm at the 108 Community Hall.
