Leanne Barbara Kennedy (formerly Hall, nee Bailey) of Cunningham Ranch at 74 Mile House.
Leanne was born in Vancouver on October 10, 1951 and was predeceased by her parents George & Beverly Bailey (nee Mollins). Survived by soulmate Bryan Cunningham, sister Laurie Bailey, nephew Matthew Bailey, numerous cousins, and many friends at Green Lake and 70 Mile House.
Leanne was a very caring person and liked looking after others. Family and friends were important to her.
She loved the lake in the summer when the locals, city folk, neighbours, and family would occupy the lake and the access road beside their home. Leanne loved animals, tending the sheep, chickens, and dogs, but she also really enjoyed human company whether it be at home, at work, or at one of the places where she volunteered. She also loved to travel ... Mexico and California for warmer weather
... but she loved winter too. She spent many winters at Green Lake before moving there and took part in many Snowarama rides over the years.
Leanne did not want a service or celebration of life, so family and friends had a day of reflections at the Cunningham Ranch on Sunday, August 2nd.
