Keith was born in England to Arthur and Eva Fletcher. He moved to Canada with his wife Patricia in 1972 and she passed away in 1995. They had two daughters, Rowan (Liz) and Samantha (Ron). When the girls were young they spent time in Libya, where Keith worked setting up communication towers and they all enjoyed the sunshine and beaches. Keith also had two grandchildren, Jessie (Brad) and Jason. He is also survived by his two sisters in England, Ros (John) and Trina (Phil) and their children.
Keith had a ten year relationship with Bernice Rennie until her passing in 2008. He also had a relationship with Valerie Scotland.
Keith was a soccer coach and was in the Kinsmen for years. He was also in BC Randonneurs and loved cycling.
Keith had dementia and spent his last months in Fischer Place. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who cared for him, including MJ. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
