April 21, 1930 - January 10, 2019
We are sad to announce the passing of John Coulson Sr. He passed away peacefully January 10, 2019. John was born in Vancouver on April 21, 1930 to John and Florence Coulson. He moved to 93 Mile in 1948 where he spent the rest of his life.
He will be loved and remembered by his sons John (Kristina) Coulson, Dwayne (Karen) Dahlgren, Rob (Karen) Dahlgren, his sister Lucille Beck (Ken Pennkid), 9 grand children, 8 great grandchildren, 4 great- great grandchildren, many nephews and nieces. John was predeceased by his parents John and Florence Coulson, daughter Carole (Dahlgren) Bell in 1994, grandson Cody Aschwanden in 1998, sister Ruth Katchmar in 1999, and his loving wife Audrey in 2009.
The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of Fischer Place for their care of John.
There will be a graveside service at the 100 Mile House Cemetery on January 26 at 12 pm, followed by a celebration of his life at 1 pm at the Creekside Seniors Centre. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the 100 Mile Hospital or a charity of your choice.
