It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our father John Alvin O’Brien. John was a resident of the Horse Lake area and loved trout fishing from his back yard on Mulligan Drive before he moved to the Seniors Gardens in 100 Mile House. He is survived by his three sons; Roger, Bradley, and Greg, also his daughter-in-law Barbara-Ann, his wife of 30 years Lavada, his sister Audrey, many nieces and nephews, as well as his life-long friend Manford Harrison, and many good friends and neighbours. John was loved by all who knew him and will be dearly missed.
