Born in Vancouver to Frank and Lily Gable, Jackie was a “special person” who took up life’s challenges with great spirit and determination. She has gone on to be with her parents and grandparents, leaving behind to remember her fondly brother Ray “Bing” England (Carol); niece Carmen; nephew Raymond and their families; many aunts, uncles and cousins and her special caregiver, Terry.
