Over the years he was involved in many things including School District #27, local and federal politics as well as the Big Horn Archery Club where he enjoyed encouraging and mentoring new members. He will be remembered for his generous nature.  Jack had a patient and gentle soul, with quick humour and wit, and he made a deep and treasured impact on those close to him.

He also enjoyed sailing, woodwork, boat building and carving.

Our family would like to thank everyone involved in Jack's care, you helped him and our family through the struggles of his illness with respect and compassion. Dr. Street, Dr. Montgomery, RN's, LPN's, care aids and staff at Millsite. Your kindness will not be forgotten.
