Geoff Garland

Geoff Garland passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on the evening of August 25th at the age of 57. Geoff faced the last year, battling cancer, with the same optimism, determination and good humor with which he lived. His love of life and love for his family and friends never wavered.

Geoff is survived by parents Brian and Muriel Garland, his sister Dallas Garland - Jasper, his children Blake and Devon, son-in-law Andrew, nieces Holly and Michelle and nephew Sam. While the loss is overwhelming, we know that Geoff's spirit will live on in all who knew this kind and gentle soul. We miss him dearly and will cherish his memory forever.

A celebration of Geoff's amazing life will be held at the Horsefly River Park below the bridge on Monday, September 3rd, from 11-2. Lunch will be served. Everyone is welcome.
