Edward Douglas Butler (Doug) was born May 30, 1952 in Simcoe, Ontario. Doug moved with his wife Judi and 3 children Lalainia, Jason, and Dutch to BC in 1976.
They settled in Langley and then moved to Abbotsford where they stayed for a while. In 1987 Doug and Judi moved with their 2 boys to the Cariboo while Lelainia stayed in Abbotsford for College. Our family has strong bonds and great memories of our dad and husband.
We never wanted for anything. Doug was multi talented as a mechanic and one of the best body men and painters to be found.
In 1991 Doug decided to go his own way and led the life he wanted. He will be missed by his ex-wife Judi, daughter Lalainia, sons; Jason and Dutch, grand daughter Savanah as well as his best friend and grandson Dayton Douglas Butler.
