Edgar Higginbottom was born at Lone Cabin Creek April 24, 1936. Edgar passed away in Kamloops Hospital on May 19, 2011 with his family at his side.
He is predeceased by his father Alfred Higginbottom, his mom Anna Brown and by his brothers: Cecil, Pete, Dick and Doug.
Edgar leaves behind his children: Margaret (Muggs) Fletcher, Jake, Taylor; Edgar (Zig) Fletcher, Tammy, Brandon, Keisha, Chailynn; Joan (Giggles) Fletcher, Karissa, Victor Jr. and Trinity; his sisters: Rosemary (Howard), Betty (John), Ellen (Ed), Alfreda, June (Pete); brothers: Joey (Brandy), Rolly (Carol); Aunt Minnie and Uncle Hector; plus many cousins, nephews and nieces.
Most of Edgar’s working life he was a faller. He loved to hunt and fish, and loved to cook supper for his family. He had a passion for curling, and loved to play cards.
Edgar will be missed by all who knew him.
Celebration of Life will be held at the Clinton Community Hall on June 11, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.
