Dorothy Patricia Molley, age 87 of 100 Mile House, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2009 at 100 Mile District General Hospital.
Dorothy was the youngest of eight siblings. She was born and raised in Vancouver, and moved to the Cariboo in 1992. She enjoyed gardening, listening to her music, reading and sewing.
Dorothy is survived by her five children: Paul Lainson of Richmond, Patricia Barreau of Vernon, Eva Lainson of 100 Mile House, David Lainson of Burnaby, Yvonne (David) Seaton of Vancouver, and by 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
A visitation was held on Saturday, September 5, 2009 at 100 Mile House Funeral Home. A graveside service followed at 100 Mile District Cemetery. Father Jude officiated.
Memorial donations may be made to the local Red Cross.
