Early on Sunday morning, April 2, 2006, Doris Elizabeth Pastershank-Welsh passed away suddenly in her home in Kelowna, B.C. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband Ron and her young son Matt. She is survived by her mother Evellen Haugan, her father George Pastershank, her brothers Shane and Dallas Haugan and her sisters Brenda Pastershank and Dr. Georgina Pastershank. Doris was born in Vernon, B.C. Sept. 23, 1971 and she attended Peter Skene Ogden Senior Secondary School in 100 Mile House, B.C. Later Doris earned her C.P.A. and most recently worked at Lakeshore Dental Clinic in Kelowna, B.C. where her husband had a thriving private business. Doris and Ron were loved members of the Evangel Church in Kelowna and a celebration of her life was held there Tuesday, April 11, 2006.
