It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Don, after a short battle with cancer.
Don was born in Tisdale, Saskatchewan on December 22, 1941. Don will always be loved and remembered in the hearts of his family; wife, Shannon; mother in law, Helen; son, Darin; daughters, Dyan, Tia (Chris), Deedra (Kurt) and Dayna; granddaughters, Tayler (Kyle), Madison, Sarah, Jannea; grandsons, Hayden, Matheus and James; and soon to enter the family his first great granddaughter. Also survived by his brother Dale (Helen) and numerous relatives and friends.
Don was an active community member and over the years was involved with, coaching minor softball, 108 Lions, 108 VFD, Forest Grove Lions, Hawkins Lake VFD and the 100 Mile Food Bank.
A celebration of life will be held on August 4th at 2:00 pm at the Forest Grove Hall. Let us reminisce, tell some funny stories and honour the man who was Don Miller.
Donations may be made in Don's memory to the Children's Hospital in Vancouver.
