It is with great sadness we announce the passing of David Orville Shpak at the age of 57. He grew up in 100 Mile House.
Dave had a baclofen pump put in 1 1/2 months ago. But ended up in Vancouver General Hospital where they took out the pump because of complications. That is where Dave passed away Tuesday, March 6th 2018.
Dave is survived by son Justin, Dad Orville, Mom Joan, Brother Ken (Terrill), Sister Diana (Dave), 3 nephews and 1 niece.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 5th 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Vernon Alliance Church, 2601 43rd Avenue in Vernon, BC.
