Nelson to the coast, but the Cariboo always held their hearts.
Dan was known to be very a social and active man in the community who touched many lives. You could find him on the slopes on the ski patrol, in the heat fighting forestfires, on the front line of search and rescue. If you couldn’t find him he was out camping or fishing with his family, or out on the ice with his team. His family and friends will always remember him as the man who tells bad jokes and has the biggest most generous heart you will ever meet.
A celebration of life will be held on September 22 at 2:00pm , with reception to follow at the Lac La Hache Community Hall. The family would like to thank the Lac La Hache Fire Hall for all their support.
