March 30, 2000 - March 20, 2017

Curt will be greatly missed by his parents, Bruce and Maryanne Campbell; brothers Brodie, Josh, Riley, Dalton, and Lance; sisters Cassie and Liean; grandparents Leroy and Alfreda Campbell; grandmother Laurel Holt; great grandmother Vida Carter; and his beloved girlfriend, Taiya Young.

Curt grew up in 100 Mile House, where he attended the Elementary school and was currently in grade 11 at Peter Skene Ogden Secondary.

Curt enjoyed camping, quadding, kayaking, fishing and snowboarding. He was passionate about music and played acoustic, electric and bass guitar. Curt has always been good at crafting, constructing and working with his hands. Through his high school automotive course, he found a love of mechanics. He was rebuilding a Dodge Dakota, which he had planned to buy with the money he earned working for RJB Trucking as a mechanic’s helper.

Curt was a quiet, easy going person, quick to crack a joke and always kind and thoughtful. He was quickly growing into a confident and mature young man who had planned a beautiful future, which will never be realized. He had a heart of gold and his kindness will live on in all the lives he’s touched.

“We will love you forever, we will like you for always, as long as we’re living, our baby you’ll be”.

A Celebration of Curt’s Life will be held on Saturday, April 8th 2017 at 2:00pm at the Peter Skene Ogden Secondary (PSO) Gymnasium.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Curt’s name to the BC Children’s Hospital.
