It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Charlie Eckert, born prematurely and living only a few moments. Charlie was the daughter of Naomi Margaret Ziona Eckert of Victoria BC, and granddaughter to Charles Patrick Eckert (Patty) of 100 Mile House, and Haiah Vineberg of Victoria, BC.; she was also the niece of Justin Vineberg of Melbourne, Australia, and Kristen and Erin Caruso of Connecticut. She touched our hearts for such a brief time, and yet, she will be in our memories forever. No services per the family’s request.
